Michael S. Sheppard, President & Qualifying broker

A New Mexico native, Michael graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He also holds a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Michael is the Qualifying Broker of Asset Management Southwest, LLC and has over 15 years of licensed commercial real estate brokerage, property management and development experience.
